Leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across domains and environments, supporting domestic and overseas operations via IO planners, intelligence analysts, cultural advisors, and linguists. What You'll Do
Provide IO core, related capabilities, and sensitive operational support during day-to-day operations, contingencies, crisis action, disaster relief, and exercises. Incorporate information-related capabilities into operations orders, annexes, and evaluation/assessment plans. Review and advise on impact of national-level strategies, policies, and joint doctrine. Develop information-related appendices, annexes, tabs, estimates, including EW, MISO, MILDEC, CO, OPSEC, IJSTO. Research, develop, utilize, analyze, and assess information-related tools and capabilities. Provide focused academic outreach, experiments, and scientific application integration. Develop, plan, staff, coordinate, execute, and assess sensitive activities. Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 8 years of planning experience with a BS/BA (6 years with MS/MA); may consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of STO and integration into joint operational planning, targeting processes, and MISO/PSYOP planning. Minimum 5 years of STO planning at service or joint level in support of Combatant Commands or JTFs, especially CYBER Operations. Working knowledge of IO, MILDEC, OPSEC, EW, Cyberspace Operations; ability to synchronize Joint capabilities. Knowledge of service department functions and coordination with CCMDs for MISO/PSYOP actions. Experience coordinating with interagency and intelligence community; familiar with MILDEC, OPSEC, EW, Cyberspace ops. US Citizenship and current US Passport; ability to travel internationally. Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to complete/pass a Polygraph; top-secret with SCI consideration. Preferred:
Current Polygraph IJSTO Planners Course PDAS Operators Course Recent joint/service level IO planning experience Experience with USCYBER performing as a STO planner Proficiency integrating MISO/PSYOP into cyber plans Knowledge of DoD/doctrine, regulations, and policies Ability to advise, negotiate, and persuade senior leaders; effective in complex briefings Experience with joint/combined ops and interagency coordination Completion of relevant courses: Joint Cyber Ops planners, Joint IO planners, Defense OPSEC planner, etc. Compensation and Benefits
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. Salary determined by experience, location, and other factors. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus may apply. EEO
