Job Description Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world to drive the optimization and continuous improvement of 3M’s global logistics network.
Impact • Support network modeling projects using advanced tools such as Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic, AnyLogistix, or equivalent platforms. • Analyze the current logistics network to design optimized product flow paths and implement improved solutions. • Validate and enhance data structures, develop models, and manage scenarios. • Contribute to strategies that optimize transportation routes, improving cost efficiency, service levels, and network resilience. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline processes, reduce costs, and strengthen transportation capabilities. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—Supply Chain, IT, Data & Analytics, and Logistics Operations—to ensure seamless integration of optimization solutions and alignment with broader business goals. • Conduct complex data analyses and develop actionable insights to inform innovative solutions. • Assist in project execution and coordination, supporting large‑scale network optimization initiatives. • Monitor and report on KPIs using dashboards and advanced visualization tools to drive informed decision‑making.
