We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management from inception to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Facilitate handover meetings from Sales to Project teams, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of project objectives. Manage Scopes of Work (SOW) documents for subcontractors, outlining project scope and requirements. Regularly update project boards on Monday.com to reflect current project status and milestones. Generate daily logs in Buildertrend to document project progress and critical incidents. Ensure compliance with contract documents, identifying and addressing discrepancies. Build and maintain Buildertrend schedules across all jobs, ensuring timely completion of project phases. Document all project-related activities meticulously for record-keeping and reference. Schedule and organize walkthroughs and meetings with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities. Oversee the solicitation of materials and selections for jobs, ensuring quality and timelines are met. Maintain and manage change orders, including solicitation, initiation, and approvals. Conduct project and client walkthroughs to ensure project alignment with client expectations and standards. Schedule project phases effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Ensure site order and cleanliness, maintaining a safe and professional work environment. Manage site maintenance requirements, including dumpsters and porta-jons, to support project activities. Provide weekly reports to the team, highlighting wins, losses, and an overview of project progress. Implement look-ahead scheduling for subcontractors to ensure readiness and availability. Engage in problem-solving, addressing project challenges proactively to mitigate risks and delays. Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and ease the project management workload. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
