Glacier provides design review, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater treatment plants for customers along the Front Range including Northern and Southern Colorado, as well as the mountain regions and the Western Slope.
Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role located in Centennial, CO, with flexibility for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, as well as the management of project teams and tasks. The Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.

Job Responsibilities
Ability to understand and integrate the schedule for Water Treatment Plant and/or Waste Water Treatment Plant construction
CPM (Critical Path Method)
Mentor and manage team members, time management and developing client relationships on large projects
Ability to assist with hiring and management of skilled laborers and sub-contractors
Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations
Understand job cost and be able to keep on track with costs
Build relationships with Vendors, Contractors, Subcontractors, etc.
Read and outline project specifications
Read and fully understand construction plans
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Promote Company image and ethics
Experience Qualifications
High School degree is required; An industry related college degree in Construction Management is preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry – with Water Treatment Plant and/or Wastewater Treatment Plant construction experience
Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company, for this position currently or in the future
