Assistant Manager
to help lead our team and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to grow into restaurant leadership and contribute to a positive, guest-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Operating Partner and management team in overseeing daily restaurant functions Help recruit, train, and guide team members to deliver excellent service Respond to guest feedback and ensure a welcoming, professional dining experience Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and support financial reporting Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
