Location / Salary San Antonio, TX | $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

Overview This position is located in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license for McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. All employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, and scheduling, are handled by the franchisee.

Qualifications Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth transition. They may also be responsible for meeting departmental targets. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
