Overview Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking to add a Seasonal Front Office Specialist to our growing team. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with kids. Our front‑office jobs offer flexible schedules, education, and training opportunities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must pass criminal background check
Enjoys working with children!
American Heart Association BLS certification required prior to start date
We use E‑Verify
Benefits
Salary: $14 – $16 depending on experience
Time and a half pay on holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas); shorter holiday hours
Overtime pay available
Free in‑house medical care for employee and dependent children
Employee recognition and appreciation programs

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Work with your team members to provide excellent healthcare to our patients!
Provide excellent customer service to sick children and their nervous parents
Greet patients/customers
Verify insurance benefits
Input data into EMR
Collect co‑payments/deductibles/balances
Answer and manage phones
Conduct end‑of‑day balancing
Schedule
12, 10 and 8‑hour shifts
Rotating weekends
Clinic Hours: Mon – Fri: 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
Sat–Sun: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Opportunity to travel to other clinics as needed
About Us Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care was founded in 2006 after we realized that most patients waiting in the Emergency Room for treatment are not there for life‑threatening emergencies, yet still need care that is not available in most pediatric offices. With multiple locations in San Antonio and Dallas, Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is looking for team players who thrive in fast‑paced environments and want to grow with a company.
