Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Oversight

Lead drywall construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

Ensure all project work meets contractual and quality standards

Budget & Resource Management

Prepare and manage accurate project budgets

Track labor, materials, and subcontractor performance

Optimize resource allocation and job profitability

Client & Team Leadership

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Develop and mentor field and office team members to support career progression

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

3+ years of commercial project management experience, with at least 2 years of estimating background

Proven experience managing drywall scopes as a subcontractor is

required

MBA or advanced business/finance education a plus

Skills

Strong knowledge of material pricing, labor productivity, and equipment needs

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines

Experience with construction management software and scheduling tools
