Job Summary
Leading ESOP provider is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented
ESOP Plan Administration Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of ESOP plans while providing guidance and support to plan sponsors. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ESOP administration, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for helping employees achieve financial security and success. Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day administration of the ESOP, including 409(p) compliance reporting. ESOP accounting, repurchase liability studies, and plan design. Serve as the main point of contact for plan sponsors, providing guidance on plan features, investment options, and distribution strategies. Monitor and stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and best practices related to ESOP administration, implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance. Benefits

Salary $80k - $120k, plus bonus Seniority level
