Operations Associate - Columbia Town Ctr The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This early morning position requires working with a team to perform essential tasks before store opening.

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service – maneuver around the store at a fast pace, handling merchandise and assisting customers with questions and requests.

Execute pricing and signage – adjust prices and signage on merchandise quickly and accurately.

Replenish and restock – pull and prepare merchandise for the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.

Receive and unload merchandise – unload trucks and prepare items in the backroom.

Backroom standards – keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.

Omnichannel support – contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, order delivery, returns, and online order shipping.

Merchandise strategy – follow leadership plans for placing merchandise, execute efficiently and maintain standards.

Participate in learning – absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

Work experience – 1‑2 years of retail experience.
