Job Description
Lab Responsibilities
Conduct
cell culture studies
(shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)
Perform
affinity chromatography
&
viral inactivation
Execute
cGLP cell banking
for research use
Ensure
SOP compliance
and report anomalies
Data & Reporting
Analyze
large datasets
using statistical methods
Draft
technical reports
to support commercial filings
Present findings in
cross-functional meetings
Team Collaboration
Coordinate lab activities with
scientific teams
Provide
technical support
to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements
Participate in
training activities
Qualifications
Hands‑on lab experience with
cell culture
and/or
affinity chromatography
Solid understanding of
antibody manufacturing processes
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education & Experience
BS/BA
in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline
Hands‑on lab experience with
cell culture
and/or
affinity chromatography
Solid understanding of
antibody manufacturing processes
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Work Authorization
Must be
legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

Additional Information
Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer, NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply. Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options
Compensation: $21.50/hr
