Two available schedules: (1) Sunday 7am - 11pm (Double Shift), Monday 1pm-11pm, Tuesday 1pm-11pm, Wednesday 11am - 3pm; (2) Wednesday 11am - 3pm, Thursday 1pm - 11pm, Friday 1pm - 11pm, Saturday 7am - 11pm (Double Shift) Responsibilities
Be passionate about working with and helping youth. Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment. Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals. Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed. Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills. About Devereux Massachusetts and the Fentress Program
Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Fentress program serves males 12-21 with various psychological and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 4 students ratio, this program focuses on increasing independence and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux. Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license required. Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or other related field required. 1 year experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required. 1 year of relevant supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA. Must be able to attend every day. Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment. Benefits and Programs
