Mission Critical Electrical Commissioning team
and make an impact with us! Whether you're ready to
lead projects
or looking to
support hands-on commissioning efforts ,
we have the role for you ! Electrical Commissioning Lead Take charge! Lead electrical system commissioning efforts on large-scale projects, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and mentor others along the way. Electrical Commissioning Support Be the vital backbone of the team! Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and verifying systems like UPS, switchgear, and generators — all while learning from the best in the business. Bring electrical systems to life — verifying power distribution, emergency backup, and lighting systems. Perform critical inspections, troubleshoot real-time issues, and make sure everything meets the highest standards. Collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, and clients — you’ll be an essential piece of every project’s success. Maintain thorough documentation, ensuring projects stay on track and clients stay confident. What You’ll Bring: A passion for hands-on electrical systems work and continuous learning. 2+ years of experience in electrical commissioning OR strong technical training/certification in electrical systems. Ability to read schematics and solve problems creatively and safely. Great communication skills — we work hard
and
have fun doing it! Bonus points
for degrees in Electrical Engineering or certifications like CxA, PMP, or LEED! Relocation Assistance
