Baltimore, Laurel, and Northern Virginia (NOVA)

Location:

Laurel, MD Office- (In-office 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday; field time for sales calls as scheduled)

Business Development Representative

to help grow our

property management portfolio

across Baltimore, Laurel, and NOVA.

This is a

high-energy, outbound sales role

where your goal is to connect with property owners and investors, book qualified appointments, and close new management accounts.

What You’ll Do

Make

daily outbound cold calls

to potential property owners and investors (leads provided).

Schedule and conduct

on-site or virtual sales presentations .

Manage your pipeline: calls, follow-ups, demos, and proposals.

Own the full

sales cycle

— from outreach to close.

Update all notes and progress in the company CRM.

Collaborate with property management teams for seamless client onboarding.

Represent BMG at

local networking and industry events .

What You’ll Bring

1–3+ years

of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development.

Real estate or property management experience a plus.

Excellent phone presence

— clear, confident, and persuasive.

Strong organization, follow-up, and self-motivation skills.

Reliable transportation

to travel throughout Baltimore, Laurel, and NOVA.

Comfortable with CRM and Microsoft/Google business tools.

Schedule & Territory

Full-time, in-office : 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Travel locally

for sales calls and owner appointments.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$50,000 annualized (first 90 days); $20,000 thereafter.

Commission:

$400 per new property/unit signed (1–50+ units possible).

Gas Stipend:

$50–$200 weekly (based on appointments).

Provided Tools:

Company laptop and cell phone.
