Lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients.
Operate with integrity and sound business principles.
Provide vision, business planning, and strategy.
Establish goals and build positive client relationships.
Maintain open communication with partners and team.
Grow and lead a land development practice.
Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, mentor staff, and act as a positive leader.

Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects.
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
Extensive client contacts with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and landowners.
Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
Business development experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting.
Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
Ability to manage and mentor staff effectively.
Proven ability to manage land development projects profitably.
