Responsibilities
Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software. Lead software installations and ensure project success as part of a cross-functional team. Travel across the US (and abroad if needed) to support projects and customer onboarding. Support project decision-making with autonomy within a framework of team guidance. Qualifications
