Responsibilities:
Develop design documents for a variety of transportation improvements projects utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation Software
Provide construction support services as needed.
Complete assignments independentlywithminimal supervision
Collaboratewithstaffwithinthetransportationgroupandacrossvariousotherdisciplinesonlargerprojects.
Delegatetaskstostaffengineersandoverseetheirwork.
Monitoring ofthe projectschedule, budget,andstaffingneeds
Actively participate inclientcontactandcommunications
Work with Regional and Department management on proposals and business development as needed.
Qualifications:
7 (+) plus years ofrelatedwork experience.
PE licenserequired.
Proficientwith AutoCAD Civil3Dand MicroStation designsoftware
Experience in management and design of roadway, traffic, and/or bridge improvement projects (NJDOT or PennDOT experience a plus)
Well versed in local and national design standards
Knowledge of traffic engineering principles a plus
Highlymotivatedandeagertoworkonadiverserangeoftransportationimprovementprojectsforlocal, county,andstate agencies
WillingnesstorepresentFPAatprofessional societiesand technicalseminars.
Excellent written andverbalcommunication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
