We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Energy Efficiency Customer Support Specialist! This isn’t your typical call center job – we are an inbound contact center helping utility customers save money, make their homes more energy efficient, and improve our climate through change.
How We’re Different
Each customer interaction focuses on energy efficiency.
Support multiple programs using multiple platforms, providing services such as customer service, visit scheduling, enrollment, program education, tech support, online support, and status updates.
Each call may involve a different utility customer and require a different type of service.
Wide range of support scripts – verbatim, talking points, or simple usage guides.
Some programs utilize chat/email interactions with customers.
Personal performance data and progress are accessible in real time.
What You Can Apply Day 1
Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
Expertly navigating a script.
Supporting customers and tech inquiries.
Comfort with a committed schedule with set lunches and breaks.
Appreciation for goals and performance metrics.
Exciting Candidates Have
High School Diploma or GED (required).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Ability to type 35+ WPM.
No attendance or punctuality concerns.
Ability to thrive in an intensive environment, balancing customer support while navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
Minimum of 6 months of previous experience within a customer‑facing environment required; inbound/outbound call‑center experience preferred.
Sales‑oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction.

Remote Work Requirements
We provide a laptop, software, and all necessary equipment.
Home Internet requirements:
Minimum speed: 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download /
Ability to hardwire internet, plug directly into router.
Environment:
Dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions.
Two power connections.
Scheduled to be on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift – no flexibility to answer the door or be on‑call care for others during scheduled work hours.
Compensation $18 per hour + $65 per month internet stipend.
Hourly rate is determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills, and prior experience.
