About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Product Program Manager

to lead low-level software and hardware projects, driving complex technical initiatives from concept through execution. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical foundation in embedded systems, firmware, and hardware-software integration, who is comfortable managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project delivery on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of low-level embedded and firmware projects, ensuring alignment with product and business goals. Develop and manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risk assessments for complex technical initiatives. Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, hardware, and firmware teams to translate product requirements into detailed project plans. Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, providing clear updates and documentation. Drive process improvements, including best practices for firmware development, low-level software design, and integration testing. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements as applicable. Mentor and guide team members on project management practices, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of program or project management experience in embedded systems, low-level software, or hardware-software integration. Strong technical understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, firmware, device drivers, or real-time operating systems (RTOS). Experience managing cross-functional teams in an Agile or hybrid project environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.) and version control systems (Git, SVN). PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Preferred: Experience with automotive, IoT, industrial, or consumer electronics products. Understanding of hardware interfaces (SPI, I²C, UART, GPIO) and low-level protocol stacks. Experience in risk management, resource planning, and vendor coordination for embedded projects.
