What You'll Be Doing
Administrative Duties (Approx. 2 Hours Daily): Manage employee timekeeping, including correcting punch errors and resolving discrepancies Create and maintain team schedules to ensure proper shift coverage Monitor attendance and report issues to internal and client teams Communicate shift updates and personnel matters with leadership Support new employee onboarding and shift check-ins Prepare routine administrative and performance reports Production & Leadership Duties (Remaining Shift Time): Participate directly in warehouse or production line tasks to support workflow Lead by example and offer guidance to team members on the floor Conduct shift startups and ensure team readiness Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Escalate operational or personnel concerns when needed What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred Strong communication and time management skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable using timekeeping/scheduling systems and working with basic software tools Positive attitude and a willingness to lead from the front while staying hands-on Apply Today!
