Responsibilities
Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle—from planning and deployment to retirement
Define and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with mission objectives
Analyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementation
Coordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuity
Track resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignment
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational risk
Ensure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needs
Requirements
TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings
Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years
Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years
Demonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phases
Strong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planning
Ability to develop technology roadmaps and long-term planning frameworks
Proficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platforms
Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
