The Role
We are seeking our first CRM, operations, and process leader—a roles that will partner with marketing, sales, and student success teams to scale Inspira’s effectiveness globally. As a CRM operations and process visionary, you will drive productivity and create scalable operations to support growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creative problem-solving, and has a bias for action and results. You will help scale Inspira’s revenue funnel by implementing efficient processes, enabling every role in the organization, leveraging the best tools, and delivering insightful business intelligence. This is a hybrid role that requires in-person presence in our NYC office four days a week. Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence and rigor in the business Define, develop, and implement sales, marketing, and student success support systems and scalable processes Work closely with key stakeholders to understand operational needs and improve workflows Educate teams about process changes and system updates, including change management Identify simple and scalable process solutions for day-to-day challenges Ensure data accuracy in HubSpot CRM Lead attribution infrastructure — UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platforms Integrate platforms (e.g., GTM, GA4, HubSpot) and connect third-party tools Write and maintain documentation for operational processes Prepare ad hoc analyses and participate in special projects Create and maintain reports and dashboards for quick, scalable decision-making Drive process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness across the sales process Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Success Operations, or a similar role Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred Experience in a startup environment and scaling teams (ideally with fewer than 50 employees) Strong knowledge of sales and customer success disciplines Solid HubSpot CRM skills, including creating and maintaining reports and dashboards Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; project or program management experience is a plus Ability to escalate issues and roadblocks as needed Commitment to actionable outcomes and results Empathy for customers and the business; proactive, collaborative team player High energy and humility; comfortable working with diverse personalities Hands-on approach; willing to roll up your sleeves What we look for
