We are seeking a Client Support Specialist, Business Insurance to join our team. As our Client Support Specialist, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: Providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues Working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers Processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: High school diploma required Two (2) years Commercial Insurance experience, preferably in an agency Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Insurance designation – (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future Preferred qualifications include: Associates or Bachelors degree Working toward CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight Benefits
