Known for its strength in clerical, industrial, and education staffing, they have consistently outpaced the market (growing 13% in 2023 while the industry contracted 13%). With no debt and a clear path to $200M, they are expanding organically into Dallas — and looking for proven market builders. Launch and grow a branch from the ground up Develop and execute market entry strategies in high-growth metro areas Drive business development by leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones Partner with recruiting and marketing teams to ensure delivery success and client satisfaction Build a business plan for profitability within the first 12 months Serve as the face of the firm in the community, fostering trust and credibility What We’re Looking For

Staffing industry sales leader or polished up-and-comer with strong market knowledge Well known and respected within the Dallas or Phoenix staffing community preferred Entrepreneurial operator with proven ability to grow a branch or territory Motivated, self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance Required Skills / Experience

5–10+ years staffing sales experience, ideally in light industrial/clerical verticals Demonstrated success in launching or scaling a market Proven record of building client relationships and exceeding sales targets Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills What You Get
