Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
Manage customer technical support needs
Oversee service and repair of capital equipment
Work in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade‑out processes
Support marketing with new product launches
Adhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policies
About you: You will require
A minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor preferred)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred
Ability to solve basic math equations
Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work well cross‑functionally and within a fast‑paced environment
Excellent organizational skills
Proven attention to detail
Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills
Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions
