About the Role McDonald’s Works for Me. This position is in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will be a Shift Manager, leading shifts, ensuring quality food service, managing crew, and maintaining safety and profitability. You must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers.
Plan for each shift and monitor performance.
Ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and security standards.
Manage inventory, scheduling, training, and daily maintenance.
Assist in meeting targets and departmental goals.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
