What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide administrative support for scheduling, preparation, and execution of Fundraising Academy events and programs

Assist in the development and management of marketing content and promotional strategies

Support business development efforts and client onboarding processes

Conduct data collection, reporting, and maintenance of databases and cloud-based filing systems

Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to support business goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of administrative experience in program support

Experience in the nonprofit industry and/or client/customer-facing role required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Ability to communicate effectively and inclusively in a diverse community

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in higher education preferred

Database maintenance experience highly preferred

Knowledge of office management principles within a higher education environment

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
