Project Manager

in our

Houston

office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Responsibilities

In this role, you will: Lead major projects and develop client relationships. Deliver projects according to client needs and budget. Lead concept development of building systems. Guide a team of engineers from project conception through occupancy. Participate in project interviews and provide high-level client service. Establish long-term partnerships, stay current with market trends, and ensure resolution of all technical and service issues. Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Professional engineering registration. 10+ years in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines. Experience managing large and complex projects for healthcare, laboratory, infrastructure, higher education, industrial, or R&D facilities. Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff. Strong history of very satisfied clients. Effective Skills

Strong spoken and written communications skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technical comprehension and a focus on client outcomes. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively individually and within team environments. When You Work Here
