Job Summary

The After School Sport Coordinator is responsible for delivering a superb after school program experience in partnership with a local school. The Sport Coordinator will need to build relationships with students, school employees, and parents while ensuring that the instructional and foundational aspects of i9 Sports are delivered. Instructing, teaching, and positively influencing students in grades K through 8 is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and scrimmages among all age groups and skill levels, enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. Responsibilities

Lead practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun Teach and demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values Supervise the overall operation of designated sports Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Specifics

Part time position (on weekdays) 2-3 hour weekday commitment between the window of 3pm - 6pm Ability to work League shifts (4-6 hours) on Saturdays Qualifications

Excellent communication skills Sport-specific experience and knowledge; coaching experience a plus Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and solve problems Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships Ability to work designated weekday(s) for duration of respective after school program Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
