Retail-Replenishment Manager - Full Time Early Morning
Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards at Michaels Stores in Jacksonville, NC. Plan and maintain a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store so customers can easily find what they need. Deliver friendly customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Manage and support truck processes, leading the team to meet standards and achieve KPIs.
Execute the planogram process (POG’s) to maintain consistency.
Execute and support the AD set processes.
Execute shrink and safety programs.
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
Interview, on‑board, coach, observe, and train new team members; support talent development activities and performance management.
Interact with others respectfully, promoting a positive image and organizational values.
Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
Assist with omnichannel processes.
Cross‑trained in custom framing selling and production.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Access to a supervisor for reasonable accommodation of functional limitations.
Work Environment
Public retail store setting; all public areas are climate controlled.
Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work may be required for cart retrieval or truck unloading.
Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
