Position Overview This position will require, under minimal supervision, the ability to manage the daily operations of our 3PL partner warehouses to achieve company goals and objectives with emphasis, ensuring 3PLu2019s are compliant and executing via their agreement with Zones.

What you’ll do as the 3PL Operations Supervisor

Prepares 3PL for new business, project launches/deployments.u00A0 Ensures all hardware and services are received and set up properly in system.

Participates in daily/weekly calls with US/Canada internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Onboard all new/existing customers with Virtual Warehouse & 3PL partners.

Contact for all 3PL escalations and issue resolution.

Reviews daily/weekly scorecards with 3PL partners to ensure provider and customer SLAs are met.

Participates in daily/weekly calls with 3PL partners to ensure orders are flowing through systems.

Participates in quarterly business reviews with 3PL.u00A0

Complete unscheduled and scheduled visits with 3PL to ensure compliance.u00A0

Conducts periodic and/or required inventory audits and assists in the reconciliation of physical counts.

Audits and reconciles freight and service billings, works with PMO and Accounts Payable on problem resolution.

As required, monitors incoming vendor shipments and resolve receiving discrepancies. Shortages/overages

Oversee the Virtual Warehouse and TSC Support Team.

Leads warehouse improvement initiatives to advance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

As appropriate to the position, participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for the unit; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.

Assists Virtual Warehouse team with order management and other related responsibilities.

Assist in creating training materials and/or hosting training as needed.

Assists in creating Work Instructions

Assists in annual budget planning process and regularly monitors expenditures.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as required by daily work volume.

Education and Experience

College Degree Recommended

Three (3) to five (5) yearsu2019 experience in project coordinating and 3PL relationship management.

Knowledge of inventory management practices.

Knowledge of LEAN warehousing methodology.

Valid passport/documentation to travel to Canada as needed.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate effectively and strategically, both orally and in writing.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, staff and team.

Applications Skills

Fluid in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, to practical solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to interface effectively with other warehouse team members, other departments, and customers.

Ability for heavy lifting (up to 35 lbs.)

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Work Environment

Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.

Motorized lift trucks operate near work environments.

Shipping docks are not enclosed causing temperature fluctuations in work environment during seasonal climate changes.

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $64,037 - $79,768 + bonus.
