What You’ll Do

Own the full business development cycle for commercial landscape maintenance and snow contracts in Metro Detroit. Build a

$1M+ annual book of new business , ideally a blend of landscape maintenance and snow services. Identify and close opportunities with premium clients (office parks, hospitals, shopping centers, and industrial sites). Represent the company at

BOMA, IFMA, and CREW events

— positioning yourself as a go-to name in Detroit’s property management circles. Leverage Aspire CRM and digital estimating tools (PropertyIntel, SiteRecon, etc.) for accurate proposals and fast turnaround. Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure seamless hand-offs and long-term client retention. Sell

value, not price

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of proven B2B sales success

in the landscape, snow, or facility services industry. Strong

hunter DNA

— self-driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial. Track record of

closing $1M+ in annual new business . Experience selling to property managers, asset owners, and regional facility leaders. Solid understanding of contract structures, estimating, and operational delivery. Comfortable networking, hosting lunch-and-learns, and building referral relationships across Detroit’s CRE community.
