Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field.
Preferred: ServSafe Certification – assistance and education is provided if not certified.
Energetic and excellent communication skills.
Practical/hands‑on approach.

Provide daily coaching and feedback.
Managing budgets.
Training and development.
Analytical skills.
