You have 1+ years of service industry experience and Spa Coordination preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
Your schedule is flexible and you have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
What would my job responsibilities be?
Using your genuine and authentic personality, greet and direct guests, making sure guests feel welcome and secure.
Maintain cleanliness and organization; it is a passion.
Be a brave problem solver in all guest and employee interactions, maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and ensuring the accuracy and optimal efficiency of the spa booking system to maximize sales potential and guest satisfaction.
Be a master of your craft, knowing that every detail is important in everything you do.
Be a committed team player whose actions show you care about your team and about being successful together.
React quickly to change and multi‑task to assist the entire spa team, including spa attendant and therapist.
