Due to continued growth, we are seeking a

Workforce Coordinator

to support our 30+ locations. This hybrid role reports out of our Corporate Support location in Rochester, NY, and involves building relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations to develop a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations. Organize and participate in career fairs, classroom presentations, and career days. Coordinate internship, apprenticeship, and work-based learning programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship. Collaborate internally to identify future workforce needs and align outreach strategies. Promote the organization’s employer brand through community engagement and events. Leverage local workforce development grants and training programs. Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities. Facilitate workshops and informational sessions on industry careers and skills. Support program participants’ progress and connect them to additional resources. Ensure all activities reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Experience in talent acquisition, workforce development, education, or community engagement preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present to groups and engage diverse audiences. Compensation
