Provide An Iconic Customer Experience - Summary Under general direction from the Business Operations Manager, this position is responsible for assisting all store managers in the hiring and onboarding processes. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment through the facilitation of sales, auction, and appraisal processes. These include cash management, processing and auditing sales paperwork, and handling customer inquiries and calls.
What You Will Do - Essential Responsibilities
Coordinate employment processes for job applicants, including scheduling, paperwork, and updating applicant status in Workday.
Manage all aspects of new associate orientation, ensuring documentation is complete, and training is provided on systems like Workday and Kronos.
Perform Business Office functions as needed, including customer greeting, paperwork processing, managing funds, and clerical duties.
Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with procedures.
Mentor and train new Business Office Associates and other store departments on processes.
Answer multi-line phones and respond to inquiries efficiently.
Work Environment & Qualifications
Office environment with potential distractions and need for walking or standing for extended periods.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills, PC proficiency, ability to lift 15-20 lbs, effective communication, confidentiality, and willingness to complete required training.
