Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale customer implementations involving multiple healthcare technology products Serve as the primary customer liaison, facilitating steering committee meetings and executive briefings Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to implementation methodologies and best practices Monitor program health, identify at-risk deliverables, and implement corrective actions Utilize project management tools to track progress and prepare executive dashboards and program status reports Qualifications (What is Required)
Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field 5 or more years of experience leading complex, billable, software delivery-based projects to external clients Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies such as SCRUM/Kanban Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies Preferred Qualifications
