Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, and more). Diagnose issues with clients and provide timely, efficient solutions to keep kitchen operations running safely. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial kitchen equipment. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components. Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and guidelines. Stay current with the latest industry trends and equipment technologies. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications
EPA Certification (Required). Experience: Hot side commercial equipment 3 years; HVAC 3 years; Chiller 3 years; Boiler 3 years; Cooling towers 3 years; Commercial HVAC 3 years. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a motor vehicle department check; license must be cleared by insurance. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Excellent customer service, strong verbal communication, and strong problem-solving and math skills. Licensing and Background
Background Check: Yes, 3-year felony background check; lifetime sex offender check; no pending felony cases and no warrants. Drug Screen: Yes, 10-panel pre-employment drug screen. Schedule and Compensation
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Will be discussed at onboarding; On-call rotation once per month; 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday; on-call and weekends as needed. Salary: Will be based on experience. Supplemental pay: Overtime pay. Benefits
