About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Media Planner / Buyer to plan, buy, and optimize campaigns across traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH) and digital platforms, especially Google Ads. You’ll manage budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver measurable, meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, purchase, and optimize media across traditional and digital channels (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting).
Develop strategic, data-driven media plans aligned with client goals, KPIs, and budgets.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio; present clear insights and recommendations.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and billing accuracy (using Bionic for workflow and tracking).
Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to ensure alignment and seamless campaign execution.
Stay current on Google Ads updates, media innovations, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
2 years of media planning/buying experience (agency experience preferred).
Expertise in Google Marketing Platform tools (Ads, Analytics, Looker Studio); certification a plus.
Strong grasp of KPIs, forecasting, and optimization best practices.
Familiarity with tools such as GfK, MRI, Nielsen, IMS, or Moat.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
