Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates Ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all warehouse activities Maintain inventory control and ensure timely order fulfillment Coordinate with management to implement process improvements Communicate effectively with bilingual team members (Mandarin/English) Requirements: Previous warehouse supervisory experience is required Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Must be fluent in Mandarin and English Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment
