Responsibilities
Manage projects at the most innovative health systems on the planet. The top-ranked health systems in U.S. News and World Report are Epic customers, including Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and leading academic medical centers.
Coordinate end-user training and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with Epic software.
Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) to lead software installations and ensure project success.
Present to hospital leadership and work with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination.
