Water Resources Project Manager

As a Water Resources Project Manager at CEC, you will perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, dam safety assessments, design, compliance, rehabilitation, water resource utility infrastructure, stormwater facilities design, stream restoration, and floodplain and drainage studies. Your responsibilities include H&H modeling, engineering calculations, and producing engineering drawings for water resources projects. You will interact with clients, contractors, and government officials, influencing project phases from conceptual design through regulatory review, bidding, and construction. Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure 8+ years of experience in water resources projects, including hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and dam safety engineering Proficiency with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience in producing engineering drawings Strong writing skills and experience in technical report preparation Experience with Unsteady Flow and 2D Hydraulic Modeling is preferred but not required We offer a collaborative environment with support and growth opportunities, including Employee Resource Groups focused on community service, early-career development, inclusion, diversity, and women's networking.
