Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with marketing and BD teams to enhance our market presence.
Negotiate and close commercial opportunities with professionalism and precision.
Build and maintain a robust industry network through conferences, trade shows, and professional associations.
Create compelling sales tools, presentations, and proposals that articulate Biosynth’s value proposition.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth areas.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO, and GMP standards.
Candidate Requirements

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Established network of key decision-makers in European pharma, biotech, or diagnostic companies (a strong advantage).
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Willingness to travel internationally (primarily within Europe).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
