Description Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Electric Foremen (Overhead Distribution) in the Tampa, FL area. Our Foremen assist supervisors by effectively leading field crews to meet project goals safely.
Responsibilities:
Effectively lead crews on various size projects.
Ensure accuracy of time sheets and expense reports.
Monitor quality assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during work.
Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project.
May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have previous experience working from blueprints and specifications.
