How you create impact As the National Project Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and scaling a high-impact business unit. This position combines strategic business development with operational leadership to drive profitability, elevate customer satisfaction, and build a resilient, high-performing organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow a strong, independent national organization with a focus on performance and accountability
Guide, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple functions
Drive business development and sales execution to expand market share and customer base
Ensure accurate, competitive, and timely customer pricing aligned with business goals
Oversee service delivery and operational excellence across all touchpoints
Execute the Global Project Logistics strategy at the national level, adapting it to local market dynamics
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Manage full P&L responsibility and deliver strong financial performance
Optimize profitability through effective cost control and margin enhancement
Apply strategic business acumen across procurement, sales, and operations
Lead stakeholder engagement and foster long-term relationship management with key clients and partners
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years in senior leadership roles within International Freight Forwarding and Project Cargo operations
Proven expertise in project logistics, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing business development and strategic relationship management
Deep knowledge of the U.S. project logistics market, including key industry players, evolving trends, and competitive dynamics
Strong commercial awareness and agility, with the ability to stay ahead of emerging market developments, shifting customer needs, and industry changes to guide strategic decision-making
