leading global robotics manufacturer

specializing in

Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)

and

autonomous forklift systems

for manufacturing and material handling environments. The business is entering an exciting phase of growth across Europe and seeks a

Business Development Manager

to drive expansion through both

new business generation

and

strategic account growth . Base Salary:

€80K–€100K, dependent on experience and location. Bonus Structure:

Performance-based bonus aligned with revenue growth, new account acquisition, and partnership development. Additional benefits to be discussed upon application. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand market share across manufacturing, logistics, and material handling sectors. Manage and grow existing key accounts, strengthening relationships and identifying new solution opportunities. Identify and engage potential

system integrators, distributors, and technology partners

to expand the company’s reach in target regions. Prospect, qualify, and nurture new business leads, handing over mature opportunities to the sales and technical teams for closure. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and network with potential clients. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and company capabilities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. Candidate Profile Proven experience in

business development or sales

within

robotics, automation, or intralogistics . Strong network across the

AMR, AGV, or autonomous forklift

ecosystem. Demonstrated success in developing partnerships and driving revenue growth in complex technical sales environments. Strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Fluent in

English ; proficiency in

German

or

Spanish

highly desirable. Based in
