Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) . Grow our business while growing yours by working within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals through a top‑down sales strategy. Turn prospects into loyal and referring clients by recommending the right solutions to help them understand and solve their real business needs and earning referral business by networking with existing and soon‑to‑be clients. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate daily by serving as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Qualifications

Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent style, able to cold call without fear of rejection, manage time, prioritize deliverables, and multi‑task effectively. Able to present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Strategic closer: established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales. Track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships. Proven winner: ambitious spirit, thrive under pressure, motivated to hit and exceed sales quotas. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experience includes:

Three years of B2B field sales experience in a results‑driven environment. Military experience that develops teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building, and a never‑lose mentality.

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is
