$21.10/hr – $21.10/hr Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator (QAC) is responsible for maintaining local compliance with State, Federal, and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAC provides leadership oversight to operations to meet operational goals and ensure safety and satisfaction for individuals supported. The QAC works with local programs within the region to develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor quality assurance initiatives and training programs to ensure high-quality supports. Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance and operational reviews, generate reports, and identify correctable and preventative actions. Create and distribute schedule for quality assurance checks and full audits to ensure consistency and timeliness. Maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company requirements to ensure accurate quality assurance reviews. Follow company procedure and practice for completing various program quality assessment audits. Complete Utilization Reviews consistently and timely. Complete follow-up of quality assurance audits in a timely manner. Request and attend training to maintain current knowledge of area program regulatory and company requirements. Provide support to service sites through assistance with quality/compliance regulations. Conduct training and assist with current and new processes. Provide direction with regulatory compliance. Interpret policy and procedure for operational staff and management. Maintain required training per company guidelines and policy. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. A combination of education and homecare experience may be substituted for a degree. Experience conducting quality assurance and continuous improvement activities preferred. One or more years of experience in quality management. Excellent organizational and written skills. Ability to maintain positive interpersonal communication with employees and customers.
