GA DDS Level 1 Help Desk Analyst at Expedite Technology Solutions LLC. Local candidate, position located at DDS Headquarters in Conyers, Georgia. Bilingual, Spanish highly preferred. Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to internal customers for tier one issues in a high-volume call center environment focused on customer service. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; escalate to second tier support as needed; open tickets with various vendors; escalate to senior level management as required. External support includes general website support, password resets, online account management, and provisioning of mobile driver\'s licenses; deliver high-quality customer service and complete tickets. Monitor ticket queues, assign tickets to appropriate internal and external support staff, and ensure resolution. Confer with users or conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Qualifications

2+ years\' experience handling customers, questions, complaints, and/or providing information in an IT call center environment. 2+ years’ experience as a Helpdesk Technician with hands-on knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7 and 10. Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications, computer technology or a closely related area from an accredited college. Knowledge of Apple iOS. Additional Information
