Our curriculum promotes physical, mental, and academic well-being and offers enriching activities. Going beyond classroom walls, Elevo fosters learning, movement, and growth for kids in grades K-8.

The Role
Motivate TK/K-6th grade students through SEL and enrichment activities like STEAM, music, and Lego
Lead engaging lessons to increase excitement about learning
Assist with homework and snack distribution
Manage student behavior (up to 20 students) with minimal assistance
Ensure safety during outdoor activities
Collaborate with staff and embrace professional development
Serve as a positive role model to build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness
About You
Experience working with elementary and/or middle school kids
Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and maintain organization
Support behavioral management needs effectively
Connect with students and foster positive experiences
Adapt and take initiative based on student needs
Approachable, empathetic, patient, and trustworthy
Confident leader and positive role model
Comfortable using online platforms for training and resources
Collaborative with school staff and parents
Additional Requirements
Eligible to work in the U.S., pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening
1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, or child development (preferred)
Reliable transportation
Willing to follow COVID-19 protocols
Physical Activity and Accommodation
Ability to move frequently, sit/stand for long periods, and perform strenuous activity as needed
Move safely on uneven terrain
